Common Questions
The Kiosk needs about an 8×8 ft footprint. The Array Multicamera needs a 10×10 ft area with a bit of clearance overhead. Both booths need access to a standard 110V outlet within 25 feet — if your venue's setup is unusual, just tell us and we'll adapt.
Plan on 60–90 minutes of setup before guests arrive, and about 30 minutes to break down at the end. We arrive early so setup never cuts into your event timeline.
On-site attendant, props, custom-branded overlay/print template, digital sharing (text, email, AirDrop), GIFs and boomerangs, and full setup + breakdown. Physical prints are included on multi-hour bookings; single-hour bookings can add prints as an à la carte item.
Yes — custom branding is included. Send us a logo (PNG or SVG) and any brand colors; we design the print/overlay and send a proof for approval 48 hours before the event.
Both. Most of our NYC work is indoor, but we regularly set up on rooftops, tented outdoor events, and brand activations in open-air spaces. We'll just need covered shelter if there's any chance of rain.
Yes — we carry liability insurance and can send a COI to your venue within 24 hours of booking. Most Manhattan hotels and event venues require this, so we have the process dialed in.
A 25% retainer secures your date. The balance is due the day of the event. Full-refund cancellations are available up to 30 days before the event date — we'll walk you through the specifics in the booking contract.
Yes, though travel outside the five boroughs adds a travel fee quoted at booking. We regularly work events in northern NJ, Long Island, and Westchester.
