It depends on coverage length. Weddings: 300+ edited high-res images in 14 days. Corporate events: typically 150–400 images in 48–72 hours. Portrait sessions: 8 retouched finals in 72 hours. Every delivery is a private online gallery with downloads, sharing, and print-ordering built in.
Weddings are priced for full-day coverage starting at $3,000. Corporate events have a 3-hour minimum. Private parties have a 2-hour minimum. Portrait sessions are single-session pricing.
Yes. Many clients bundle event photography with our Array or Kiosk photo booth, and corporate clients often add a pop-up headshot station so team members leave the event with a fresh LinkedIn photo. Mention it in the form and we'll quote the bundle.
All five NYC boroughs, plus northern New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester. Travel outside the NYC metro is quoted on request.
Always. Every booking includes backup camera bodies, lenses, batteries, and memory cards. For weddings and high-stakes corporate events, we can also add a second shooter.
A 25% retainer secures your date. The balance is due the day of the event. For weddings booked more than 60 days out, deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event — we'll walk you through the specifics in the contract.
